  I can’t believe I’m even giving these guys a star. This is RIDICULOUS. I pre-booked to have them pick my Mum up to go to Wyong station so she can catch the train to work. I called them and they said that all that they could do was prioritise it. On top of that, their customer service sucks.

  Uber uber uber! Uber will destroy this business very quickly. Called up booked a taxi, no taxi arrived. If I order a pizza or any other product it arrives, why not a taxi?

  Absolutely disgraceful!!!!! Booked from taxi bay at Terrigal Esplanade to go to work ..Booked 1 hour 15 mins before start time at West Gosford.

  Great service this evening though it was late on a Sunday evening. Operator was efficient. Driver was terrific - punctual and friendly. Chatted throughout the journey and appreciative of the small tip
